Birthday Girl Energy Activated: Let’s Make It a May to Remember

May 2 is almost here—and guess who’s turning 45? That’s right, this birthday babe. I’m stepping into this new year of life with so much excitement, gratitude, and... okay, a very strong desire to be spoiled.

The truth? My last few birthdays have been kind of underwhelming (ahem, major room for improvement). So this year, I’m manifesting unforgettable memories, delicious connection, and all the sweet indulgences I deserve. I’ll be in Los Angeles until my spring tour if you would like to see me IRL. And yes, my gift lists are linked below if you want to make sure I feel adored. Let’s just say... I’m a very good girl when I feel appreciated.

Lately, life feels softer, sweeter. I’ve found real peace in the simple things—sunny days, tight hugs, morning dog walks, delicious food, and slow, sensual yoga sessions that make me feel totally in my body. It took me a while to stop fighting everything I couldn’t control, but that’s the magic of getting older. Less chaos, more clarity. Less noise, more pleasure.

And speaking of growth... I’ve made a big decision. I’m going back to school this fall. It’s time to follow a passion I’ve had simmering beneath the surface for years, and I’m finally ready. I’ll still be cutting hair and offering my unique blend of services in the meantime, but life is shifting—and I’m loving the mystery of where it might take me.

Want to grab some time before I hit the books? Here's your chance.

Spring Tour Dates:

NYC: 5/27–5/29

DC: 5/29–5/31

Philadelphia: 5/31–6/3

Boston: 6/3–6/6

Spots are limited, and I hate saying no—so don’t wait to book. And yes, I’m planning a summer adventure too. Where should I go? Tell me where you want to see me next... I just might make it happen.

Health-wise, I’m still dealing with chronic pain (ugh), but there’s good news on the horizon. I’m getting an epidural injection mid-May, which will hopefully bring some much-needed relief while I save up for the big surgery I’ve been putting off. Pain is a beast, but I’m stronger—and staying busy with all the things that keep my spirit glowing. I’ll keep you updated once I’ve had the injection, cross your fingers for me, will you?

Now, I have a little request for you.

What brings you joy?

Is it something small and quiet... or loud and wild? Something daily, or something rare and unforgettable? Tell me. I really want to know.

And if you do—I'll send you a little something in return. Something to make you smile... or maybe blush.

Gift lists if you would like to send me something for my birthday this year

OR you can always send me a $ gift on Venmo or cashapp @tonsorialart

With love and light, Tania
